You already know Specialty Coffee: now it’s the moment for Specialty Cacao!
On Tuesday September 29th Apapacho is bringing Fausto Reyes, chocolate craftsman and leader of the Slow Food Cacao Coalition from Mexico City, to New Jozi for an hour of tasting Mexican cacao the way you'd taste a new origin coffee.
We'll also prepare drinks together, both hot and cold, all sourced direct-trade from small producers. Fausto will talk through where the cacao comes from and how it is made traditionally in Mexico.
It's a unique occasion of learning, with a person that is shaping the cacao perception today.
